Description
The Inside Sales team member will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand MDClone’s customer base. You will coordinate with the Sales team on lead generation strategies and pipeline management. You will be reporting to the VP, Head of Sales and Growth.
Key responsibilities include:
● Lead generation and follow-up: Perform outreach, respond to, and qualify leads from campaigns, conferences, lead lists, inquiries, ensuring a swift and efficient follow-up process
● Executive meeting facilitation: Set up meetings or calls between prospective customers and direct sales team, ensuring smooth hand-offs
● New Business Opportunities: Continuously research market trends and proactively seek and plan new opportunities to showcase our products, in close collaboration with Sales team
● Pipeline Management & Reporting: Track top of funnel pipeline opportunities and deliver weekly pipeline updates to leadership, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and opportunities for improvement across $100m+ Total Addressable Market and Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
● Other tasks as assigned

Required qualifications for this role:
● Minimum 1 year experience across entrepreneurial, growing organizations in an inside sales or business development role within a B2B service business, healthcare preferred
● Experience with Lead generation and follow-up, Customer account management, CRMs (Salesforce preferred)
● Advanced or certified experience with Microsoft Suite of products
● Ability to work effectively from a home office that includes a quiet place to work without interruptions and background noise
● 25% Travel expectation

● Experience working in a B2B healthcare setting
● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
