Job Description

  • Oversee annual, monthly, and long-term financial planning and forecasting.
  • Track and analyze revenue and P/L, preparing regular business review reports.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, identifying trends and performance variances to enhance financial outcomes.
  • Develop financial models and provide analysis to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams across various divisions for financial and commercial alignment.
  • Lead initiatives to improve FP&A operations and processes.
  • Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing team.


The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting and leadership experience
  • Solid understanding of financial accounting and proficiency in both English and Japanese.
  • Preferred experience with ERP systems and analytical tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to think strategically.
  • Self-driven and adaptable to fast-paced, multinational environments.
  • Leadership and communication skills for managing teams and collaborating across global organizations.
