About Our Client

Our client is publicly listed and provide essential services to Malaysian consumers.

Job Description

Oversee risk management practices & processes to align with the organisations standards.
Evaluate tools, systems & controls for Enterprise Risk Management (ERM).
Lead collaboration with all divisions to enhance the effectiveness of the BCM program.
Ensure successful implementation and certification of the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS).
Maintain and update Business Continuity Plans for all critical business processes and key platforms.
Direct the Crisis Management team and support the Crisis Management Secretariat.
Manage post-crisis risk assessments, including comprehensive reports and monitoring of key actions.
Ensure all preparations for Crisis Management, including systems, tools, and processes, are effectively managed.
Oversee the corporate insurance strategy.

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this opportunity, you will have a track record in Head of Risk Management/Enterprise Risk Management positions with large publicly listed organisations. Those who have led Risk functions in complex and dynamic businesses will be highly regarded. You will need to be very comfortable dealing with boards and risk committees and have at least 2 years experience reporting directly to these stakeholders.
