Enterprise Risk Management Analyst – Public Sector

An Enterprise Risk Management Analyst II is responsible for supporting the framework and methodology used to categorize, identify, and manage risks that would affect the company’s value or performance. Must live near the San Antonio TX area.

Responsibilities:

Ensures the compliance of laws, rules, regulations, internal codes, policies, and procedures.

Monitors and evaluates adequacy, efficiency, and effectiveness of the ERM program, within the Public Sector Business Units.

Requirements:

  • Requires operational experience in financial services, Bank contact center or quality assurance leadership operations, or compliance related functions.
  • Must have an educational degree and 3-5 years of experience, relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Supporting the ERM team in reviewing client contracts, RFPs, and other related artifacts.
  • Supporting BUs as an ERM partner in the creation of new controls, procedures, and training.
  • Serving as an ERM advisor to the BUs in risk identification in accordance with the Conduent’s ERM Framework and Risk Taxonomy
  • Coordinating and supports ERM team’s Issues Management Program.
  • Serving as the Business Continuity Coordinator for the Public Sector BUs.
  • Utilizing analytical ability to solve problems and make recommendations.
  • Leveraging relationships by interfacing with and influencing key stakeholders.
  • Working as an individual or through project teams, utilizing area(s) of expertise to achieve results.
  • Must have excellent communication skills both written and oral. Responsible for the coordination, completion, and updates to executives across the organization.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $57,750 - $68,000.
