We are searching for an outstanding Senior Director of Cloud Architecture to lead our Cloud Identity, Access & Governance A-Team. Your primary responsibility will be to spearhead the adoption and implementation of our Access Governance solutions. Oracle boasts an unparalleled, industry-leading Access Governance native cloud SaaS solution, empowering enterprises with proactive and systemic access and governance management. We are seeking a seasoned professional with a robust background in consulting, solutions architecture, identity and access governance, and expertise in the Oracle technology stack. Additionally, integration experience with other identity solution providers is highly valued. In this pivotal role, you will also help shape our technology strategy with customer requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and provide leadership to a team of technical experts and solutions architects.

Moreover, you will oversee the effective implementation of Oracle's Access Governance solutions by our customers, ensuring they fully realize the potential and capabilities of our cloud service. This entails delivering ongoing value realization to ensure our customers adeptly manage their enterprises securely, with complete auditability, incorporating intelligent role/access-based analysis and automated workflows at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Guide clients on the best possible implementation of Oracle Access & Governance and Identity solutions in the enterprise.
  • Define and implement robust architectural solutions demonstrating Oracle technologies, aligned with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure technical solutions are scalable, secure, highly available, and aligned with industry standard methodologies.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of access governance frameworks, emphasizing industry standard IGA solutions.
  • Develop and enforce access control policies to safeguard sensitive data and assets within customer enterprises.
  • Collaborate closely with Development and Product Management teams to ensure AG services evolve according to customer needs.
  • Manage a distributed team of solutions architects ensuring of customer success and high satisfaction with Oracle’s AG service.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology leadership roles, specializing in consulting, architecture, security, and Access & Governance across Cloud, hybrid, and on-premise solutions.
  • Proven expertise in access governance (IAG) solutions and middleware technologies, with hands-on experience in Cloud-based solutions.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and inspire change throughout the organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience in team leadership and development, with a track record of building impactful teams.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional, Certified Information Systems Security Professional, OCI, AWS, Azure) would be advantageous.
  • Ability to lead technical discussions with customers, partners, and other Oracle engineering teams.
  • Familiarity with Open source and non-Oracle products and solutions in the Identity domain including knowledge of Microservices and Kubernetes/Containers desired.
  • Highly developed interpersonal, verbal communication, and presentation skills, with a demonstrated comfort level for presentations to senior leadership meetings.

US: Hiring Range: from $142,900 - $338,600 per year. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
