Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the vision, development, and ongoing maintenance of our new Oracle Cloud software solution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from planning and development to validation and support. This role involves managing a global team of architects, developers, and functional resources across multiple geographies to deliver a seamless experience both internally and to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Product Vision & Strategy

• Help define and communicate the product vision and roadmap.
• Align product development with company goals and market needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and Oracle Cloud advancements.
  
  

Product Development

• Oversee the development process in collaboration with industry leadership, lead architect and development team.
• Ensure the product meets quality standards and client expectations.
• Coordinate ongoing development and maintenance efforts.
  
  

Project Management

• Plan and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary.
• Implement project oversight mechanisms to ensure timely delivery.
  
  

Team Management

• Allocate resources effectively across global teams.
• Drive collaboration among developers and functional resources.
• Foster a productive and cohesive team environment.
  
  

Product Validation & Support

• Develop and execute product validation strategies.
• Plan for ongoing support and maintenance of the product.
• Implement feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement.
  
  

Client Engagement

• Demonstrate product capabilities to clients seamlessly.
• Gather client feedback to inform product enhancements.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and clients.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in software product development.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Applications and PaaS Tools (Apex, VBCS, ATP).
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of managing complex projects.
• Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM/PSM, SAFe desired.
• Experience leading global teams across multiple geographies.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations.
