  • Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of travel products, including flight options, accommodations, and various travel-related services offered by our company.
  • Design personalized travel itineraries that align with the distinct interests and desires of individual clients and groups.
  • Oversee the entire booking process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer expectations.
  • Assist clients in identifying travel options that fit their financial plans and deliver cost-effective solutions.
  • Actively promote and upsell a range of travel services, including insurance, guided tours, and excursions.
  • Resolve any client concerns or issues promptly, ensuring a positive travel experience.
  • Maintain proactive communication with customers to gather feedback and foster long-term relationships.
  • Develop and sustain strong connections with key clients and stakeholders, serving as the primary liaison for high-value accounts.
