Title : Sales Support Senior Associate
Location : Canada Remote

Responsibilities:
Helping support our sales teams from an administrative perspective. These responsibilities include writing Special Pricing Requests ("SPRs"), writing sales cases, providing reporting needs, acting as a dedicated resource for all policy and program related elements within the sales organization and more. Our mission is to allow our salespeople more time to focus on revenue-generating activities by offloading the back end, administrative tasks. In this role, strong time management, accountability and communication skills are key for success.

Requirements:
• Ability to turn around requests in a timely manner and meet deadlines
• Effective communication skills with both internal counterparts and external partners and customers
• Ability to use and navigate a computer and learn new programs
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Education and Experience:
• At least 1 year of related experience preferred 
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent preferred
