Job Title: Field Sales Manager - Agricultural Technology (Remote)

This pioneering approach enables plants to communicate specific stressors, thereby reducing the reliance on chemicals and fertilizers while enhancing yield potential. We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Field Sales Manager to empower retailers, agronomists, and farmers by providing them with actionable data insights to optimize crop health and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead grower enrollment by executing our strategic sales initiatives to meet and exceed territorial sales objectives.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with retail partners to effectively implement sales strategies and onboard growers onto our data insights platform.
  • Provide comprehensive training and support to retail customers, ensuring crop advisors and sales agronomists can utilize our platform to its fullest potential.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of marketing campaigns, including conducting grower meetings and field demonstrations of our technology.
  • Collect and analyze user feedback to drive ongoing enhancements of our products and services.
  • Accurately document field activities and interactions through our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Engage in virtual collaboration with a cross-functional team, including colleagues based in California.
