Job Title: Territory Sales Manager - Remote

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Territory Sales Manager to join our innovative sales team. This remote role allows you to work from home while managing a diverse portfolio of clients across the U.S. You will lead the charge in identifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities within a designated territory, which consists of established insurers, emerging InsurTechs, and recognized producers including brokerages, MGAs, and agencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate effectively within a sales team, engaging with product managers and subject matter experts to ensure our offerings meet customer needs.
  • Utilize strategic thinking and a structured sales methodology to showcase the business value of our solutions.
  • Quickly assess customer requirements and articulate our value proposition to various stakeholders.
  • Influence the customer decision-making process through strong relationship-building skills.
  • Rigorously follow our sales process and qualify leads diligently.
  • Solve problems proactively and manage your sales territory with precision.

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce.com.
  • Exceptional consultative selling and relationship management abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with Property Casualty Insurance and related functions.
  • Experience in navigating complex sales environments.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding annual sales targets of $3 - 4 million.
  • Experience managing deals with an average new total contract value (TCV) of $135,000 and an average sales cycle of 7 months.
  • A Bachelor's degree along with experience in professional training programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain and communicate sales territory activities and opportunities using Salesforce.com.
