Position Title: Corporate Technical Account Manager (CTAM) - Remote

Overview

The Corporate Technical Account Manager (CTAM) is pivotal in optimizing the experience for our corporate accounts. This role involves close collaboration with Corporate Account Sales Leadership, Corporate Success Managers, Professional Services, Operations, Customer Support, Product Development, and Integration Development teams. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced and multifaceted environment, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and the ability to engage effectively with executive-level clients, clinical staff, IT resources, and system administrators. Your contributions will play a vital role in advancing the company’s strategic objectives within the rapidly growing veterinary sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support customer audits and optimizations, both remotely and on-site.
  • Track and manage customer-specific support metrics.
  • Conduct comprehensive database reviews, including user access, formulary, permissions, and settings.
  • Validate pilot programs and proof of concept initiatives.
  • Provide technical support for strategic launches and rollout programs.
  • Manage projects related to equipment and software updates and upgrades.
  • Oversee system relocation processes.
  • Prepare clients for renewal sales.
  • Facilitate customer solution training and retraining sessions.
  • Attend regional operations meetings with clients.
