The HR Systems Analyst will be responsible for processing the organization's human resource information using the Workday HRIS application and participate in the research, analysis, and implementation efforts associated with translating organization requirements into practical system solutions.

How will you make an impact?

  • Configure Workday to meet ongoing business needs and document changes. This includes requirements gathering, researching, configuring, testing, and implementing of system enhancements and business process improvements within the areas of assigned responsibility.
  • Lead small-scale projects and may represent the team when senior colleagues are not available.
  • Configure Workday system for recurring annual processes like Benefits Open Enrollment, Annual Performance Review, or Compliance Training.
  • Plan and test for weekly and semi-annual Workday software releases, identifying and prioritizing new features to implement.
  • Ensure adherence to all deadlines
  • Create and maintain HR reports, dashboards, metrics, and workforce analytics using a variety of tools (Workday, PowerBI, Excel) to share with a variety of audiences across the organization.
  • Ensure accuracy in all current and new reporting tools and adherence to data stewardship and access requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and provide technical guidance/direction to users and assist in creating or updating Job Aids as needed.
  • Assist in identifying areas of opportunity to improve existing HRIS processes.
  • Provide consistent, excellent customer service when managing intake requests.
What you'll bring to the role

  • 3-5 years related work experience
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytic skills. 
  • Experience within Workday’s Human Capital Management system, including configuration and reporting.  
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, projects, and initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines. 
  • Strong time management and organizational skills. 

 

Remote Work Eligibility

This position is eligible for remote work in the contiguous US

Compensation Grade Range and Mid-Point

Grade Range:$66,300.00 - $123,100.00/ Grade Mid-Point:$94,700.00

The above annual compensation range and mid-point are general guidelines. For candidates who meet the criteria, the AAMC's compensation philosophy is to target the midpoint of the salary range. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, as well as internal equity, market, and business considerations.

If a bachelor’s degree is required, related work experience may be substituted in some positions.  One year of college course work at an accredited institution is equivalent to one year of related work experience.
