Key Responsibilities

Duties

As the Operations Manager, you will play an essential role in ensuring the property operates seamlessly. Your primary duties will include:

  • Delivering concierge services that address guest needs and foster an atmosphere of appreciation.
  • Supervising and managing the cleaning staff to uphold impeccable accommodation standards.
  • Conducting thorough quality control assessments to surpass guest expectations.
  • Remaining available in the evenings to address guest inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Coordinating maintenance efforts and supervising contractors to ensure year-round property upkeep.
  • Supporting the cleaning team and facilitating special guest requests as required.
