Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Supply and Operations Planning (S&OP) Manager to join our remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in enhancing our supply chain efficiency, directly contributing to our business expansion and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement strategic initiatives that harmonize demand, supply, and financial planning to develop a progressive roadmap for the organization.
  • Assess demand trends, analyze network capabilities, and evaluate capacity restrictions to uncover areas for supply chain enhancement.
  • Spearhead collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on planning objectives and facilitate seamless execution.
  • Champion continuous improvement by applying data-centric methodologies and pioneering solutions to refine our planning processes.

Required Skills

  • Extensive experience in supply chain planning, with a minimum of 7 years dedicated to demand, supply, and inventory management.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including expertise in data analysis, forecasting, and modeling techniques.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to critically assess and create long-term plans that align with organizational goals.
