Key responsabilities:
- Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and value
- Lead contract renewals and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Ensure smooth client onboarding onto the Alto Software platform
- Act as the voice of the customer relaying feedback internally
- Monitor client account health and generate actionable insights
