Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the Director, Growth Marketing, the Product Growth Marketer secures, coordinates and manages marketing resources in help of building marketing campaigns and lead generation strategies for Wipfli’s VARs (Value Added Resellers) and Intellectual Property products. This team member will work on a team accountable for enhancing demand generation and driving partnership with solution partners and product leaders to deliver more qualified leads and support Wipfli in achieving its growth targets.
Essential responsibilities:
- Translates business strategies and market insights into results-focused marketing programs by proactively proposing ideas, concepts and programs that contribute to the firm's tech consulting growth targets and generate a quantifiable ROI.
- Develops and executes comprehensive go-to-market strategies that align with business targets and market trends. Collaborate extensively with Insights and Go-To-Market teams on campaign strategies.
- Works with value-added resellers (VARs) to develop and drive strategy for Wipfli’s growth. Build dedicated relationships with key partners such as Microsoft, Sage Intacct, Oracle NetSuite and more.
- Drives growth strategy and activity for all software product marketing.
- Understands appropriate channels to promote and market products.
- Secures, coordinates and aligns marketing functional resources in help of the teams’ growth priorities.
- Partners with the marketing functional teams to meet content, innovative, demand generation, public relations, research and market intelligence needs that help the industry marketing plans.
- Owns campaigns from inception to execution, focused on generating positive ROI, achieving intended results and continuously optimizing for best performance.
- Monitors and assesses results to establish actionable learnings that impact the success and effectiveness of future campaigns.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration with 7-10 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of the marketing mix and the ability to apply strategies effectively to opportunities
- Demonstrates initiative, resourcefulness, and the ability to influence and manage peers and higher-ranking individuals, fostering strong relationships
- Capable of working under pressure, meeting deadlines, coordinating multiple projects, and maintaining a professional, “can-do” attitude
- Excellent communicator who encourages creative thinking, shares best practices, and aligns internal resources to achieve marketing goals
Preferred qualifications:
- Technology product experience, specifically with value added resellers such as Microsoft, Salesforce, Sage Intacct, Oracle NetSuite or others.
- Existing relationships or experience working with software vendors.
- Corporate experience serving internal stakeholders.
- Professional services background and experience.

Wipfli supports equal pay for equal work and values each candidate’s unique experiences and skill sets. The estimated pay range for this position is: $97,000 to $130,000. Compensation within the range is determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, individuals' skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, business needs and applicable employment laws.
