Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a significant volume of inbound and outbound client calls nationwide
  • Deliver precise and valuable information regarding our mortgage products and services
  • Cultivate strong client relationships by actively listening and addressing their concerns
  • Guide clients through their mortgage inquiries, showcasing appropriate solutions
  • Collaborate with sales and loan officer teams for seamless communication
  • Maintain comprehensive client records and follow up on leads utilizing our advanced CRM system
  • Proactively contribute to client satisfaction and business growth through exceptional service
  • Adhere to company-specific protocols and schedules
  • Engage with clients to recommend optimal mortgage products, lock loans at point of sale, and prepare preliminary paperless loan packages
  • Ensure compliance with our 14-day closing requirements and stipulations
  • Effectively manage various loan types, including Conventional, VA, FHA, and USDA loans

Required Skills

  • Possession of a current, valid NMLS license or appointment in good standing
  • Strong communication skills and effective phone etiquette
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a high-call volume, fast-paced environment
  • Capacity to establish rapport with clients, ensuring a positive experience
  • Basic knowledge of mortgage terminology and products is advantageous

Qualifications

  • A minimum of two years of sales experience, including at least two years as a Mortgage Loan Originator or in a related role
  • For newly licensed candidates, a minimum of five years of sales experience is required
  • Flexibility to work approximately 40-45 hours per week
  • Experience in a call center or customer service environment, preferably in mortgage or finance
