Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a significant volume of inbound and outbound calls from clients across the nation.
  • Deliver precise and actionable information regarding mortgage products and services.
  • Cultivate strong relationships by actively listening to clients and addressing their needs.
  • Assist clients in navigating their mortgage inquiries, providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales and loan officer teams to ensure seamless communication.
  • Maintain comprehensive client records and follow up on leads using our advanced CRM system.
  • Engage proactively with clients to determine the most suitable mortgage products and facilitate the submission of preliminary paperless loan packages.
  • Ensure compliance with the 14-day closing requirements and stipulations.
  • Effectively manage various types of loans, including Conventional, VA, FHA, and USDA.

Required Skills

  • A current, valid NMLS license or appointment in good standing.
  • A minimum of two years of sales experience, alongside at least two years as a Mortgage Loan Originator or related experience.
  • For newly licensed candidates, a minimum of five years of sales experience is required, with a commitment to a month-long training period.
  • Availability to work approximately 40-45 hours per week.
  • Exceptional communication and phone etiquette skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-call volume environment.
  • Prior experience in a call center or customer service role, ideally within mortgage or finance sectors.
  • Capability to establish rapport with clients and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • A foundational understanding of mortgage terms and products is advantageous.

Selection Process

  • Engage in an initial phone conversation with our Recruiter.
  • Complete an assessment.
  • Attend a Zoom interview with a Team Leader and Administrative Staff.
  • Participate in a final interview with the CEO.

Training

All new hires undergo a mandatory two-week training program to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge.

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
  • Saturday: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
  • Closed on Sundays and Holidays

Compensation And Benefits

  • W-2 only
