Key Responsibilities

• Take initiative and demonstrate a sense of urgency in addressing client needs and processing tasks.
• Foster strong relationships with clients through effective and friendly communication.
• Efficiently manage multiple responsibilities, ensuring timely processing of loans.
• Apply your mortgage industry expertise, leveraging 3+ years of experience to collect and review loan conditions and oversee all milestones until closure.
• Maintain accurate and organized data within the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with Loan Officers, Realtors, Escrow/Title agents, and clients to facilitate a smooth loan process.
• Engage in team efforts to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
