Job Title: Remote Healthcare Staffing Account Director (100% Work From Home)


Location: Remote from Latin America


Position Type: Full-time


Salary: $2,000 USD/month


Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Central Time (flexibility required), 30-min lunch break.

Job Overview:

The Healthcare Staffing Account Director will have with a strong background in healthcare staffing and sales. The ideal candidate will excel in developing and executing effective sales strategies, partnering across departments to drive business growth, and building lasting client relationships; must be comfortable working with numbers and possess analytical skills to interpret data and provide insights that drive decision-making.

This role requires a strategic problem-solver thinker who can identify expansion opportunities, actively engage in attract new clients, placing high-caliber candidates, and deliver measurable results that set us apart in the industry.



Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Conduct in-depth industry research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for business development.
  • Promote the company's full range of staffing solutions and ensure a solid value proposition to prospective, new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align sales strategies with company goals and client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their staffing needs and providing exceptional service.
  • Negotiate sales contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and corporate standards.
  • Participate in regular business meetings to update stakeholders on sales performance and market conditions.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze market conditions to adjust sales strategies as needed.
  • Actively contribute to team efforts by achieving targets and sharing best practices.


Other Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Sales Plans: Create and implement a comprehensive sales plan targeting new clients through cold calls, presentations, telemarketing, social media outreach, and strategic territory management.
  • Expand Client Base: Maintain and grow client base through, phone calls, targeted research, social media engagement, direct communication campaigns or visits.
  • Leadership Experience: Preferred experience managing and mentoring sales or marketing teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Negotiation and Networking: Utilize sharp negotiation, networking, organizational, and problem-solving skills to drive business success.
  • Innovative Client Development: Spearhead creative strategies for client development and account penetration, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Lead Management: Review and follow up on all leads generated through the Licensee/Branch Manager and Staffing Coordinator to convert opportunities into sales.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through consistent follow-up, personalized service, and effective problem-solving to meet client needs.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about current and emerging market trends, compliance, competitive landscape, pay and bill rates, and organizational changes to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Staffing Coordinator to ensure a seamless approach to assignments and healthcare worker placements.
  • Marketing Qualified Candidates: Proactively market qualified Associates to prospective and existing clients to drive placements.
  • Proposal and Bid Writing: Prepare and submit detailed proposals and bids as required to secure new business opportunities.

Ongoing Responsibilities:

  • Leadership Meetings: Attend weekly meetings with the leadership team to review achievements, address challenges, and discuss market trends.
  • Sales Documentation: Complete and maintain all required sales documentation, including activity reports, sales forecasts, and management reports.
  • Timely Follow-Up: Ensure all sales calls are followed up with prompt correspondence to maintain client engagement.
  • Public Relations and Networking: Engage in public relations activities and network within the industry to build the company's reputation and expand professional connections.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed by reading relevant publications and sharing insights with staff and management.
  • Additional Duties: Take on additional responsibilities to support overall business objectives.

Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluent English Communicator (written and speaking) - Any accent is welcome
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience in healthcare staffing sales and business development.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong background in selling healthcare staffing solutions, recruiting, customer service, and marketing.
  • Advanced knowledge of business development, market analysis, and sales growth techniques.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to close high-value deals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with clients.
  • High enthusiasm for driving company growth and a passion for the healthcare staffing industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (preferably HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Preferred availability to travel to the US for events and conferences.
