Job Overview

We are currently seeking a 100% Remote Senior Environmental Pipelining Project Manager with expertise in FERC Section 7© and Third-party EIS documentation. This position allows for remote work within the United States, provided that all qualifications are met as outlined below.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage multiple projects from routing and siting through to construction compliance.
  • Lead resource teams in conducting environmental studies and preparing necessary permit applications, including FERC Section 7© and Third-party EIS documents.
  • Collaborate effectively with federal, state, and local regulatory agencies.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, attorneys, and GIS analysts.
  • Facilitate communication with the public and stakeholders during hearings and community meetings.
  • Manage project scope, budget, schedule, and forecasting activities.
  • Participate in business development efforts and represent the company at industry conferences.
  • Conduct field reviews and compliance inspections to ensure adherence to environmental regulations.

Required Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of FERC regulations and applicable federal environmental guidelines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated individual with robust organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Teams, and MS Dynamics is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Planning, Geography, Environmental Science, or a closely related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in environmental licensing and permitting for pipeline projects.
