Job Overview

PostJobMatches By WorkStaff USA, a reputable staffing agency in the job placement sector, is seeking a seasoned Environmental Project Pipelining Manager to join our distinguished team. This role is fully remote, provided candidates are located within the USA and possess the requisite qualifications, specifically experience with FERC Section 7Β© and Third-party EIS documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple projects from routing and siting through to construction compliance.
  • Lead resource teams in conducting environmental studies and preparing permit applications, including those related to FERC Section 7Β© and Third-party EIS documents.
  • Liaise with federal, state, and local regulatory agencies.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, attorneys, and GIS analysts.
  • Engage with the public and stakeholders during hearings and meetings.
  • Manage project scope, budget, schedule, and forecasting.
  • Participate in business development activities and represent the company at industry conferences.
  • Conduct field reviews and ensure compliance through inspections.

Required Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of FERC regulations and other federal environmental guidelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational capabilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with MS Project, Teams, and MS Dynamics for reporting and tracking.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Environmental Planning, Geography, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in environmental licensing and permitting relevant to pipelines.
  • Self-motivated with exceptional organizational skills.
