This role requires demonstrable experience with FERC Section 7© and Third-party EIS documentation, essential for effective project execution in the midstream pipeline sector (natural gas, hydrogen, crude oil).

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple projects encompassing routing, siting, and construction compliance.
  • Lead resource teams through environmental studies and the preparation of pertinent permit applications, including FERC Section 7© and Third-party EIS documentation.
  • Liaise with federal, state, and local agencies to ensure compliance and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with a diverse range of professionals, including engineers, attorneys, and GIS analysts, fostering a multidisciplinary approach.
  • Engage with the public and stakeholders during hearings and meetings to present project updates and gather feedback.
  • Manage project scope, budget, schedule, and forecasting to align with organizational objectives.
  • Participate in business development initiatives and represent the organization at industry conferences.
  • Conduct field reviews and compliance inspections to verify adherence to regulations and project standards.
