Job Overview

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a highly skilled Senior Environmental Pipelining Project Manager to join our esteemed environmental team at PostJobMatches By WorkStaff USA. This position is fully remote, enabling you to work from anywhere in the USA, provided you meet the essential qualifications listed below. A critical requirement for applicants includes demonstrated experience with FERC Section 7Β© regulations and Third-party EIS documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple environmental projects throughout their lifecycle, from routing and siting to construction compliance.
  • Lead resource teams in conducting environmental studies and preparing necessary permit applications, primarily focusing on FERC Section 7Β© and Third-party EIS documentation.
  • Collaborate with federal, state, and local agencies to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Work alongside multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, attorneys, and GIS analysts, to facilitate project success.
  • Engage with public stakeholders during hearings and community meetings, effectively communicating project goals and updates.
  • Manage project scope, budget, schedule, and forecasting to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Participate in business development activities and represent the company at industry conferences.
  • Conduct field reviews and compliance inspections to ensure project adherence to environmental standards.

Required Skills

  • Extensive knowledge of FERC regulations and federal environmental regulations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated individual with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) in Environmental Planning, Geography, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in environmental licensing and permitting specific to pipeline projects.
  • Preferred professional certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
