Job Overview

Join WorkStaff USA, a premier staffing agency renowned for providing exceptional professionals to facilities nationwide. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Sr. Environmental Pipelining Project Manager to support our environmental initiatives in a 100% remote capacity. To be considered for this role, candidates must possess FERC Section 7© and Third-party EIS documentation experience, with a strong emphasis on managing midstream pipeline projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage multiple projects throughout the phases of routing/siting to construction compliance.
  • Lead resource teams in conducting environmental studies and preparing permit applications, including FERC Section 7© and Third-party EIS documentation.
  • Liaise with federal, state, and local regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and project alignment.
  • Collaborate actively with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, attorneys, and GIS analysts, to achieve project goals.
  • Engage with the public and stakeholders during hearings and meetings to communicate project updates and gather feedback.
  • Supervise project scope, budget, schedule, and forecasting to meet organizational objectives.
  • Participate in business development efforts and represent the company at industry conferences.
  • Conduct field reviews and compliance inspections to maintain project standards.

Required Skills

  • Expertise in environmental licensing and permitting for pipeline projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of FERC regulations and federal environmental standards.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Environmental Planning, Geography, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in environmental licensing and permitting related to pipelines.
  • Proven expertise in FERC regulations and federal environmental compliance.
  • Self-motivated and capable of thriving within a remote work environment.
