Job Description:

As a Virtual Assistant specializing in hair salon operations, you’ll be the vital link between clients and stylists, managing all incoming calls and appointment bookings. This role demands a blend of customer service expertise, multitasking abilities, and a passion for the beauty industry. You’ll work remotely, handling a diverse range of client inquiries, scheduling appointments with precision, and ensuring a smooth, professional experience for every caller. This position offers the perfect opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, client-focused environment while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.



Job Highlights:

• 20 hours per week
• Permanent work from home
• Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 10 am to 4 pm Pacific Time
• Client Timezone: PST


Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, representing the salon’s brand
• Manage the salon’s appointment scheduling system, booking services efficiently
• Provide detailed information about hair services and pricing to potential clients
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, especially during peak call times
• Learn and stay updated on the salon’s service offerings and pricing structure
• Engage with clients in a friendly, professional manner to build rapport
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to data privacy standards
• Collaborate with the salon team to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction



Requirements

• Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field
• Proficiency with appointment scheduling software and basic computer skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, patient demeanor
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
