It is an exciting time at Sensient, where your individual performance will be rewarded with unlimited earning potential. As a Sales Account Manager, you will maintain and grow relationships with customers and distributors to pursue profitable growth opportunities for our Food Colors business.

This position is a home based role in Poland.

What you'll do:

  • As a Sales Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to sell our top-shelf, value-added natural colors.
  • You will be an intricate part of the commercial team, responsible for developing and delivering sales activities to direct customers and distribution partners in Poland and other Eastern Europe countries.
  • You will be given ownership over your sales territory with the ability and expectation to manage and grow your business with existing clients and distributors and onboarding strategic new clients.
  • As a part of a dynamic team, you will have internal resources structured to support and ensure your success!

You will bring…

  • Fluency in English & Polish.
  • Successful B2B technical sales experience that reflects high productivity of measurable results.
  • A strategic approach to developing and winning business and savvy at selling technical, value-added solutions to a professional audience (ideally in the food industry -ingredients, chemical or pharma ingredients, etc.).
  • A bachelor's degree along with excellent organization, project management, customer service, and communication skills.
