SaaSJet, a growing Ukrainian IT product company, creates internal management optimization apps for over 1500 clients, including Forbes, Grammarly, and Rakuten. We’re expanding our team and looking for a UI/UX Designer to help bring new ideas to life and enhance our current products.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and Analyze User Requirements: Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand and analyze user needs.
- Create Wireframes, Mockups, and Prototypes: Illustrate functionality and user interaction through wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Develop User Interaction Scenarios: Ensure optimal user experience by designing user interaction scenarios with the product.
- Conduct UX Research: Formulate hypotheses and test them in practice through UX research.
- Prepare and Present Layouts: Provide layouts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Identify and Resolve UX Issues: Address UX problems like onboarding difficulties or underutilized features.
- Revise Layouts Based on Feedback: Adjust layouts according to feedback from users and the team.
- Ensure Design Standards: Maintain consistent visual style by standardizing fonts, colors, and images.
Required skills
- English Proficiency: Ability to work with documentation (B1+ level).
- Knowledge of Figma: Experience with Figma and understanding of atomic design principles and design systems.
- User Behavior Research: Capability to conduct research and analyze user behavior for developing intuitive interfaces.
- Information Architecture: Understanding of building information architecture.
- Basics of Composition, Typography, and Color Theory: Knowledge of essential design principles.
- Skills in Prototyping and Testing
- Familiarity with Tools: Experience using tools like Story Map, Personas, and User Stories.
- Good Communication Skills
- Responsibility and Client Orientation
Desired Skills
- Product Development Experience: Experience in taking products from idea to release.
- Experience in Scrum Teams: Familiarity with working in Scrum teams.
- User Experience Research: Experience with tools like HotJar and data analysis.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to present ideas and support decisions with data, tested hypotheses, and similar solutions.
- Quick Learning Ability: Ability and willingness to learn quickly.
Would be an advantage
- Basic Front-End Development Knowledge: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Experience with Atlassian Tools: Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with International Clients: Experience working with clients from different countries and cultures.
- Willingness to Learn New Technologies: Ability and willingness to learn various technologies and services quickly.
