We are seeking a Senior User Experience Researcher to join our product design team and lead comprehensive research initiatives that shape product development and user-centered design strategies. In this role, you will apply both generative  and evaluative research methods to deeply understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to ensure the user’s voice is central to our product decisions.

The ideal candidate is passionate about uncovering user insights through various research techniques such as surveys, usability testing, personas, and user journey mapping, while also having a strong understanding of how to apply these findings to improve overall user experience.

  • Develop and Execute Research Plans: Collaborate with stakeholders to define research questions, scope, and objectives. Plan, design, and execute studies, leveraging methods like surveys, card sorting, and contextual inquiry.
  • Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing for prototypes and existing products to identify pain points and areas of improvement. Work closely with the design team to iterate on designs based on findings.
  • Persona Development: Create and maintain detailed user personas based on research findings to guide the design and product development process.
  • User Journey Mapping: Develop user journey maps and experience blueprints to illustrate the current and future state of user experiences, highlighting areas of friction and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Data Analysis & Synthesis: Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify patterns, trends, and insights. Present actionable insights in a clear and compelling way to various stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure research findings are integrated into product roadmaps, design decisions, and overall strategy.

  • Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in UX research, with a strong focus on both generative and evaluative research methods.
  • Proven expertise in usability testing, surveys, persona development, and user journey mapping.
  • Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods, data collection, and analysis tools (e.g., user interviews, surveys, data analytics platforms, usability testing platforms).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced Agile product development environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex research findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Proven track record of translating research insights into design recommendations and product strategies.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Cognitive Science, or a related field.

  • Preferred Qualifications:
