Senior UX Designer

We’re currently seeking a passionate freelance Senior UX Designer to join our forthcoming projects. As a freelancer cooperating with intent, you'll have the chance to work on diverse IoT projects, contributing your expertise to our team. At the moment, there are no ongoing projects, but we eagerly await upcoming opportunities and are keen to engage with talented UI Designers.

intent has over 10+ years of experience in helping to conceptualize, design, and build apps for IoT and connected devices. We're a software house that acts as a specialized think partner for products at the intersection of physical and digital (like wearables and IoT) - from net-new to products looking to enter a competitive and established niche. Some of our clients include Oura, BOSE, and McIntosh audio systems.

💎 Requirements: 5+ years of commercial experience in UX design, good command of written and spoken English (min. B2).

💰 Salary: up to 21K net on B2B depending on your experience.

What you'll do:

• Building a world-class user experience for innovative products (good UX and design are one of our main focuses).
• Working with both startups and well-established companies on different IT projects including IoT, med-tech, and more.
• Gathering business requirements and co-facilitating workshops.
• Creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Preparing audits, planning, and conducting UX research necessary for the project.
• Closely collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Planning and estimating new projects.

Tools you’ll use:

• Figma, Miro,
• Jira, Confluence.
• Slack, Zoom, GSuite.

Recruitment process:

1. CV and portfolio analysis.
2. A screening call with an HR person (about 40 mins).
3. A short homework.
4. A technical interview (60 mins).
5. Final feedback received within a week after the interview.
