Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Director with extensive experience in logistics and transportation. Key Responsibilities

  • Presentations & Proposals: Develop and present compelling sales proposals tailored to the specific needs of potential clients, demonstrating the advantages of our solutions.
  • Performance Improvement: Collaborate with internal and external teams to identify performance enhancement opportunities, boost customer satisfaction, and improve account profitability.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with key clients to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Account Reviews: Conduct regular reviews to assess account revenue trends and optimize pricing structures.
  • CRM Management: Keep accurate and updated customer account records in the CRM system to ensure data integrity.
  • Value-Added Solutions: Participate in the development of innovative logistics solutions, including supporting documentation and cost-benefit analyses.
  • Account Transition: Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients through effective introductions, information exchange, and completion of necessary documentation.
