Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our innovative team dedicated to transforming healthcare through advanced technology. This remote position offers the flexibility and support needed to thrive professionally within a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and ensure the successful execution of significant projects, creating tailored technologies and solutions.
  • Lead medium-sized project management teams, managing specific elements of larger technological initiatives.
  • Actively participate in project activities, assist in staffing, and provide guidance to team members with clear directives and deadlines.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and project leadership to evaluate and communicate project metrics, recommending necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain the quality of project deliverables by establishing objectives, schedules, program definitions, and budgets.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  • Prepare comprehensive Statements of Work (SOW) for clients, obtaining stakeholder approval on project scope.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience managing complex projects across the full project management lifecycle.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, with a preference for PMP certification.
  • Familiarity with budget development, control, and project management software.
  • Ability to convert broader program objectives into tangible project milestones.
  • Leadership capabilities to mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to articulate ideas effectively.
  • Innovative problem-solver who excels in ambiguous scenarios.

Qualifications
