Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with external vendors and IT resources to ensure project success.
• Lead cross-functional teams, overseeing project financials, deliverables, and timelines to meet established objectives.
• Monitor project requirements, priorities, and deadlines across all phases.
• Ensure prompt processing of invoices and compliance with procurement protocols.
• Generate detailed reports to keep stakeholders apprised of project progress and outcomes.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree; PMP or PgMP certification is highly desirable.
• Strong command of project management tools such as Planview, Microsoft Project, and JIRA.
• Significant experience in program management, financial oversight, and vendor contract lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Capacity to manage change, handle multiple tasks, and excel under pressure.
