Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and driven professional to join our esteemed Health & Welfare Service Team as an Account Manager. In this pivotal role, you will foster and cultivate robust relationships with our valued clients, assisting them in managing a diverse array of employee benefits including Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA), and Health Savings Accounts (HSA).

Key Responsibilities

  • Take charge of the client experience by proactively engaging with your assigned client base.
  • Develop strong relationships and provide expert guidance while addressing client inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Advocate for client needs, ensuring their expectations are not just met but exceeded.
  • Collaborate independently and within a team-oriented environment that aims to deliver outstanding results.
  • Conduct regular meetings to lead client relationships, ensuring service-level agreements are achieved.
  • Respond to client inquiries and oversee the daily operations of their benefit plans.
  • Handle escalated issues through our internal ticketing system, addressing concerns for both clients and participants.
  • Utilize your problem-solving capabilities to manage complex inquiries and offer innovative solutions.
  • Employ data tools to strategize and facilitate client engagement in benefits education and selection.
  • Continuously explore opportunities to enhance processes and improve client service.

  • Ability to obtain Section 125 Cafeteria Plan certification within one year of hire.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to resolve issues effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfort in collaborating with colleagues across different levels of experience and disciplines.
  • Familiarity with administering reimbursement accounts such as FSA, HRA, and HSA is a plus.
