MDU Account Manager - Remote

Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating and sustaining robust relationships with property managers and leasing personnel, ultimately driving subscriber growth and enhancing revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with property managers and leasing teams.
  • Propel subscriber growth and revenue generation strategies.
  • Equip property management with essential sales tools and ongoing support.
  • Engage with residents through impactful community events.
  • Ensure adherence to residential agreements and contracts.
  • Act as the primary liaison for customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Advocate for our brand and service offerings.
  • Promote inter-departmental collaboration within our organization.
  • Analyze customer feedback and address complaints effectively.
  • Monitor and report service penetration levels.
  • Undertake additional duties as required.
  • Travel up to 40% to effectively foster property relationships.
