You’ll be responsible for

  • Formulating, implementing, and managing strategic business plans for client accounts to achieve sales revenue targets.

  • Collaborating closely with Partners in the banking industry to identify their current and future needs, proposing suitable products, services, and upgrades to maintain and grow revenue for the organization.

  • Serving as the main interface between the client and the organization, ensuring optimal service levels and actively participating in Partners' strategic business planning processes.

  • Maintaining and update all Salesforce KPIs, along with Supervision and Monitoring requirements.

  • Driving sustainable, profitable growth through strategic action planning with Partners, including execution and monitoring of performance against operational benchmarks.

 

About you

  • Experience in retail banking, mortgage lending, and financial planning will ensure your success and as a relationship and account manager would be highly desirable.

  • Proven ability understanding bankers, Partners and key stakeholders requirements, able to identify revenue driving opportunities through upskilling, service training and bankers development

  • Strong planning and prioritization skills, with the capability to organize tasks and manage competing resources and demands effectively.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to engage with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact, and influence.
