Job Overview

Strikingly is on the lookout for a dedicated Bilingual Korean Customer Support Representative, also known as a Korean Happiness Officer. We are a forward-thinking, mobile-optimized website builder committed to empowering individuals to showcase their uniqueness. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing customer satisfaction and creating memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Embody our brand’s personality in every customer interaction by adopting the Strikingly voice and tone.
  • Create exceptional customer experiences across all channels including email, chat, and social media.
  • Translate our product offerings and customer communications such as newsletters and lifecycle emails.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of our product and internal systems to efficiently assist customers.
  • Foster a positive and uplifting atmosphere in every interaction with customers and team members.

Required Skills

  • Proficient communication skills in both Korean and English.
  • A strong desire to assist individuals with varying learning curves.
  • A passion for acquiring new knowledge, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role within a dynamic environment.
  • Capability to work full-time (40 hours per week) with reliable technology, including a desktop with at least 8GB RAM, running Windows 10/MacOS 10.12.6 or higher, and a stable internet connection of at least 20Mbps.
