We are looking for a people-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring a smooth and inclusive recruitment process. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance Candidate Experience: Be the welcoming face of our recruitment process, ensuring every candidate feels valued and supported throughout their journey with us.

  • Job Posting & Outreach: Post job openings on multiple platforms (DOU, Djinni,Rabota.ua, nofluffjobs), ensuring our message reaches diverse talent pools.

  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Keep our ATS and databases up to date, ensuring candidate data is accurate, organized, and compliant.

  • Coordinate the recruitment logistics : Assist in preparing offer letters and guiding candidates through the offer process with a focus on a positive candidate experience. .

  • Collaboration: Work closely with HR, hiring managers, and other team members to ensure recruitment strategies align with the company’s values of inclusion and diversity.

  • Onboarding Support: Partner with HR to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed, supported, and set up for success in their roles.

  • Referral Tracking: Manage the employee referral process, ensuring referrals are tracked, acknowledged, and processed promptly.

  • Talent Pool Management: Help maintain a database of past candidates and potential future talent, ensuring timely re-engagement and pipelining.

  • Data Reporting: Generate regular and ad hoc reports on recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, candidate conversion rates, or diversity statistics.

  • Analytics Support: Assist recruiters and managers by providing data insights to improve decision-making and refine sourcing strategies.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or a similar role where people and processes are at the core.

  • People-Centered: A natural communicator with a genuine interest in helping people feel comfortable and supported through the recruitment process.

  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: Skilled in managing multiple tasks at once with efficiency and accuracy.

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Ashby and tech tools like Workday. 

  • Adaptable & Proactive: A problem solver who’s always looking for ways to improve processes and enhance the candidate and team experience.
