Talent Acquisition Consultants are responsible for full life cycle recruitment and talent pool management to support overall organizational goals.

Serve as a talent recruitment and hiring expert for specialized business lines. The Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant recruits niche, specialized and critical roles within the organization.

Job Accountabilities

  • Serve as senior recruitment leader and talent expert for niche, strategic and specialized positions. Responsible for the recruitment of senior level searches and hard to fill positions as assigned.
  • Partner with business line leaders to create and implement recruitment strategies.
  • May manage a requisition workload and/or manage strategic projects/programs (i.e. campus recruiting, DEI recruiting, system administration, SOP management, talent brand, etc.) to build talent pools to support human capital planning and diversity and inclusion goals.
  • Ensures compliance with all applicable employment laws and policies and maintains up to date external and internal compliance policies.
  • Educate and guide business line leaders in recruitment process including interviewing training, market conditions and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Analyze and leverage recruitment data to educate leaders and effectively attract talent.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Human Resources or Business Required

Experience Talent Acquisition Consultant

2-5 years Recruitment and training in Human Resource interview and selection, affirmative action and Equal Opportunity Compliance. Required

Experience Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant
7-10 years Recruitment within an executive or senior level recruitment role or external search firm experience. Creating and implementing strategic sourcing plans to recruit top talent. Required
