World Business Lenders (WBL) provides general purpose short-term real estate collateralized commercial loans to a broad customer base comprised of small and medium sized businesses throughout the United States that lack access to traditional funding.

WBL is a U.S.-based company with a 100% remote workforce.

This is a remote Contract/Consultant position. Working hours will be 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, although the hours worked may be greater based upon operational requirements. The job requires excellent oral and written command of the English language. Resumes must be submitted in English.

About the Job:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, customer service, and delivering exceptional experience to our customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • As directed by management, initiate, cultivate and maintain relationships with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs), mortgage brokers and other similar entities to generate the referral of borrowers from these sources.
  • Pursue leads assigned by the company via phone and email.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and management to support files process through the pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management
  • Other projects and duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 100% fluency in English, with exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
  • At least 2 years of recent loan sales origination experience in the lending industry, or in similar fields (Loan Sales Executive, Mortgage Specialist, MCA Lending, Commercial Lending)
  • Experience with Microsoft: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint required; Teams experience preferred
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Proactive approach and strong work ethic
  • Excellent attention to detail
