Job description

Immigrant Invest is an international company that specializes in citizenship and residency by investment programs in the European Union, the Caribbean, Vanuatu, and Turkey. We offer support for our clients from the initial consultation to the moment they receive their documents and get their investments back. We are an official authorized representative for all the investment programs we offer.

Our offices are located in Austria, Malta, Portugal, Hungary and the UAE, but we are hiring worldwide 🌎

We are currently looking for a Head of Sales Department to become part of our team 👀

Some of the role responsibilities are:

  • Establish and lead our sales department, while maintaining teamwork and success.
  • Implement and refine business processes to drive efficiency and growth.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate sales managers to excel in their roles.
  • Develop strategies to improve key performance indicators and drive sales.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Manage lead distribution and workload to maximise productivity.
  • Assist with complex transactions and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Oversee CRM system usage to streamline sales processes.
  • Conduct meetings, events, and audits to ensure alignment and quality.

Requirements

  • Higher education and extensive experience in international markets.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Leadership
  • Fluency in English and Russian/Ukrainian.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and manage stress.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving goals.
  • Experience in immigration law, investment, insurance, or finance would be beneficial.
