Job Overview

We are actively seeking an accomplished Business Development Director with extensive expertise in the logistics and transportation sector. Key Responsibilities

  • Business Expansion: Identify and develop new sales leads, pursue fresh business opportunities, and improve service offerings to current clients, thereby enhancing company profitability.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a solid sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.
  • Strategic Partnership: Work closely with leadership to align on sales objectives, engage in strategic planning, and forecast future business development initiatives.
  • Presentation Development: Create and present compelling sales proposals tailored to the specific needs of potential clients, demonstrating the benefits of our solutions.
  • Performance Enhancement: Collaborate with both internal and external teams to spot opportunities for improved performance, increased customer satisfaction, and enhanced account profitability.

  • Client Onboarding: Ensure a seamless transition for new clients by facilitating introductions, information exchange, and the completion of necessary documentation.
