Senior Network Engineer (US IT Services, Home-based)

Salary: P110,000 – P140,000 monthly package

Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Eastern Daylight Timezone)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Windows Server
• Active Directory
• VMware (i.e. ESXi, vCenter)
• Storage (i.e. SANs)
• Azure virtual machines, storage, and networking
• AWS EC2, EBS, and VPC

Nice to have:

• Industry certifications, specifically HPE, AWS, Azure, Cisco, Meraki, Aruba, and VMware
• VDI experience with Citrix
• Linux server experience with Ubuntu Server, RedHat, and CentOS
• Switching & routing technologies, specifically Cisco, Meraki, and Aruba
• NAC technologies, specifically Cisco ISE, Aruba ClearPass, and Microsoft NPS

What will you do?

• Level 1-3 systems/network troubleshooting and helpdesk support work
• Daily hands-on interaction with networks, systems, cloud, voice, and users
• Assist senior engineers with support and projects
• Major role on monitoring and managing customers (multi-tenant client NOC)
• Be part of team that’s maintaining proper managed services monitoring
• Onboarding of new client network infrastructure
• Follow changes of client systems closely to reflect on monitoring platform
• Monitoring of active issues and alerting client-side personnel
• Troubleshooting and escalating

• Fulfill certification and training roadmap as set forth by senior staff and management
• Work outside of standard business hours as needed (i.e. scheduled firmware updates)
