Job description

Salary: P110,000 – P140,000 monthly package

Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Eastern Daylight Timezone)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

Windows Server
Active Directory
VMware (i.e. ESXi, vCenter)
Storage (i.e. SANs)
Azure virtual machines, storage, and networking
AWS EC2, EBS, and VPC

Nice to have:

Industry certifications, specifically HPE, AWS, Azure, Cisco, Meraki, Aruba, and VMware
VDI experience with Citrix
Linux server experience with Ubuntu Server, RedHat, and CentOS
Switching & routing technologies, specifically Cisco, Meraki, and Aruba
NAC technologies, specifically Cisco ISE, Aruba ClearPass, and Microsoft NPS

What will you do?

Level 1-3 systems/network troubleshooting and helpdesk support work
Daily hands-on interaction with networks, systems, cloud, voice, and users
Assist senior engineers with support and projects
Major role on monitoring and managing customers (multi-tenant client NOC)

Be part of team that’s maintaining proper managed services monitoring
Onboarding of new client network infrastructure
Follow changes of client systems closely to reflect on monitoring platform
Monitoring of active issues and alerting client-side personnel
Troubleshooting and escalating

Fulfill certification and training roadmap as set forth by senior staff and management
Work outside of standard business hours as needed (i.e. scheduled firmware updates)
