Job Description
Manage a team that is responsible for provisioning, securing, scaling & operating the network infrastructure required to run distributed AI workloads across a cluster spanning thousands of GPUs. We’re looking for a hands-on leader with strong management experience to help us build new features and grow our team. You should be comfortable with managing complex initiatives involving the deployment of hundreds of thousands of network devices. These are exciting time at OCI. We are growing fast and working on ambitious new initiatives. You will be leading a team of network development engineers in a fast-paced environment that requires agility and the drive to deliver.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of management experience in Network Development/Deployment at scale
- Minimum 7+ years in large scale networking control and management plane
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering or related engineering fields
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of cloud computing & networking technologies
- Experience developing service-oriented systems, REST, python.
- Masters / Ph.D. in Computer Science

As a manager of the network deployment engineering division, you will apply your knowledge of network architecture to manage network and automation development tasks.

US: Hiring Range: from $84,700 - $251,600 per year. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
