LastPass is looking for a Senior Product Owner  

The Engineering group at LastPass is looking for a Senior Product Owner to join our team. You will be responsible for roadmap planning, backlog management, stakeholder collaboration, performance analysis, release coordination, and user experience oversight for a single software development team.

You will collaborate with a diverse and talented cross-functional team dedicated to ensuring the usability, security, scalability, and reliability of our software products. Your interactions will span various departments, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment, including Engineering, Security and Compliance, and Product & UX teams in Hungary, Portugal, and the United States of America.

• Skilled in decision-making and risk management while managing team priorities and backlog.
• A successful track record of leading secure, high-visibility technical projects that require cross-group collaboration and alignment from diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between business and technical stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a focus on security, usability, and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to define and prioritize product features and requirements.

• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of product features.
• Capable of planning product releases to ensure updates are delivered promptly and efficiently.
• Adept at addressing security, production, and technical issues to refine the product.
• Passionate about working with internal customers and stakeholders, understanding their needs and managing expectations effectively.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle, particularly in security product development.
• Experience in the development and operation of Software as a Service (SaaS) architectures.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
