  • Document customer interactions and maintain organized records.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to continually improve service skills.
  • Assist in achieving team targets and goals.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Open to relocating to Greece with all relocation expenses covered.
