As a Danish Technical Support Representative, you will be providing exceptional technical assistance to Danish-speaking customers. Your main responsibilities will include troubleshooting a range of technical issues and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality technical support to Danish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat channels
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network-related issues

  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve the customer experience
  • Stay updated on product releases, services, and company policies
  • Adhere to established procedures and quality standards

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken
  • Prior experience in technical support or customer service is advantageous
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
