Provide exceptional IT support to our German-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.

Keep meticulous documentation of customer interactions in our support management system.
Work closely with your team to ensure a seamless support experience for all clients.
Empower clients to maximize their product usage by guiding them through features and functionalities.
Stay in the loop with ongoing product changes and innovations.

Requirements

Fluency in German and English is a must, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in IT customer support or technical assistance is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills with a knack for problem-solving.
Outstanding communication abilities that resonate both verbally and in writing.
A commitment to delivering top-notch customer service.
Familiarity with a variety of software and operating systems is a plus.
