Responsibilities
  • Deliver top-tier customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Address customer inquiries promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Stay knowledgeable about our products and services to provide accurate information.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to drive service improvements.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development workshops.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in English for effective internal communication.
  • Prior experience in customer support or a similar role is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and abilities to manage various customer inquiries.
  • Able to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
