Responsibilities

Deliver top-tier customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Address customer inquiries promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Resolve customer issues with empathy and professionalism.
Stay knowledgeable about our products and services to provide accurate information.
Document customer interactions and feedback to drive service improvements.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure quality service delivery.
Participate in ongoing training and development workshops.

Requirements

Fluent in Dutch (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
Proficient in English for effective internal communication.
Prior experience in customer support or a similar role is advantageous.
Strong problem-solving skills and abilities to manage various customer inquiries.
Able to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Friendly and professional attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
