Responsibilities
  • Engage with German-speaking clients to understand their needs and provide effective support
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition
  • Address customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to enhance the overall client experience
  • Document client interactions and maintain accurate records of communications
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improving service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to provide informed advice to clients

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in customer service or a support role preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills with a knack for relationship-building
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Basic technical knowledge or an eagerness to learn new tools
